When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are charged only on packages valued at USD $100 or higher.
What are restricted items?: Restricted items include toy guns, pepper spray, all forms of weapons (including swords, guns, and ammunition), radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage clothing, cash, and other items prohibited by Jamaican law.
Why am I being charged a bad address fee?: If you ship an item to our warehouse with an incorrect or incomplete address, a standard bad address fee of JMD 1,000 will be charged.
Do you deliver outside of Kingston?: Yes, we deliver outside of Kingston using trusted partners like Knutsford and Zipmail.
What information do I need to provide when collecting my package(s)?: You will be required to present a valid identification card to collect your package(s).
Will I be charged storage fees?: Yes, members will be charged a storage fee of JMD 100 per day starting 7 days after the package has been billed by Flow Motion Logistics.
Is there a membership fee?: No, there is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
